4 Of Our Favorite Beaches

Mission Beach/Belmont Park-3146 Mission Blvd, San Diego

Belmont Park is an oceanfront historic amusement park located in Mission Beach. This is the place to be if you have active kids. In addition to plenty of soft sand and cool waves, the amusement park has rides, an arcade, and plenty of restaurants so you can have fun day and night!

Windansea Beach-6800 Neptune Place

This beach resembles Hawaii with it's iconic surf shack. It's also popular with surfers due to it's incredible surf breaks which are the closest thing California has to Hawaiian surf breaks. Waves range between two and ten feet high. This is something to be aware of if you have small children. As always, you should always be at arms reach from your child. It's a stone's throw away from one of the most beautiful beaches in San Diego, The La Jolla Children's Pool.

The La Jolla Children's Pool-834 Coast S Blvd, La Jolla

The Children's Pool is a small beach partially protected by a seawall. The Children's Pool is one of nine beaches that has a permanent lifeguard station patrolled by San Diego Lifeguards.

Coronado Beaches-Coronado, CA 92118

The beaches in Coronado literally sparkle, thanks to the mineral mica in its golden sand. Coronado was ranked No. 15 on Tripadvisor's 2022 Travelers Best Beaches in the USA! Drive across the 200-foot-high Coronado Bridge which has the best views in all of San Diego.  Stroll along Orange Avenue's shops and restaurants. The possibilities are endless!

After a day at the beach you might be craving some seafood, here are some great places to satisfy your appetite!

Blue Water Seafood 2 Locations-3667 INDIA STREET/5083 SANTA MONICA AVE 1B

Can you say local seafood? The yellowtail is caught in La Jolla! Blue Water was founded by ocean people that enjoy coastal living and good food. When you're at their OB location you can enjoy oceanfront views, great seafood that's fresh and people watching. Their Mission Hills location is also hopping with the same good eats and cool vibes. We crave The Buffalo Sandwich- Cod or calamari fried and finished on the grill, topped with a chipotle marinade, bleu cheese, pepper jack, and avocado. It's a sandwich that checks every box on your tastebuds!

Point Loma Seafoods-2805 Emerson St. San Diego, CA 92106

Enjoy some scrumptious mouth watering seafood on the water! When we crave seafood we know where to go Point Loma Seafoods. It's a San Diego institution. They have the best crabcake- The Mrs. Kelly. There's outdoor seating where you can feast on seafood on the water to the sounds of seagulls and seals.
