It's time for Spring break! If you have school age children you might be scrambling to find a camp right now. As a mom, I've been there, and there's nothing like a great specialty camp to provide an educational experience disguised as fun! My child has participated in a number of San Diego camps including the camps recommended in this guide. We highly recommend them!
Plunge Adventure Camp- 3115 Ocean Front Walk, San Diego
Camp Dates: March 18th-22nd, March 25th-29th, April 1st-5th, April 8th-12th,April 15th-19th
San Diego Adventure Camp offers a premium day camp experience for kids ages 5 to 12 years old. Camp hours are 9 AM-3 PM (unless otherwise noted) – all attendees must register for the sessions they want to attend. Early drop-off is available (as early as 8 AM) and late pick-up (as late as 5 PM) available as needed for $25/hour per child. There is a strict camper to staff ratio to ensure the safety of the kids; (Ages 4-5, 1:5 Ratio), (Ages 6-8, 1:6 Ratio), (Ages 9-14, 1:8 Ratio)
This activity-based camp is focused on themed days and weeks with plenty of fun activities in the pool and around Belmont Park. The program reinforces basic social, listening, and motor skills in an interactive learning experience. Campers are required to bring their own lunch and/or snacks with them, a light snack will be provided. If you don’t already have a Belmont Annual Pass, one will be required with purchase ($99). You can add on Escapology escape room for $20, providing an extra layer of adventure and challenge to your camp experience. The Adventure Camp experience is offered throughout the year for school breaks and holidays.

Camp Dates: April 1-5
The Encore Creative Arts Camp “Art Experience” a collection of all the students' favorite camps- engaging camps that your kids will love with classroom and outdoor activities.
Camps will include a schedule daily classes in Performing, Visual, and Media Arts camps with a little Science too!
Camps 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Early drop off at 8:30, and additional after care programs.
Some of the activities include Musical Theatre, Mad Scientist, Miniature Craft, Kaleidoscope Arts, Creative Writing & Dance, Recycled Arts, and more!
