By Courtney Daly-Pavone January 27, 2023

The Living Coast Discovery Center in Chula Vista is one of the best kept secrets in San Diego. It's a lovely place to spend the day. The aquarium houses marine animals, raptors, and snakes that are native to San Diego. Each exhibit is informative, interactive, and there are docents on hand to answer the most inquisitive child's questions. In addition to strolling through the aquarium which also includes nature trails, and a pollinator garden there are Daily Animal PresentationsPresentations about eagles, a sea turtle, sharks & rays run Wednesday through Sunday
