This Sunday is July 4th! Independence Day may have crept up on us, it's been a turbulent year. Most years, the fireworks displays will be located on 4 barges off of Shelter Island, Harbor Island, Embarcadero and Seaport Village/Coronado Landing. Pick your favorite spot near Seaport Village, Coronado Ferry Landing, North Embarcadero, Marina District, South Embarcadero, Shelter Island and Harbor Island. Be prepared, more than 750,000 people are estimated to be in the crowd. Music simulcast on 1090 AM or 105.7 FM. Time for some old fashioned fun in Old Town San Diego's Fourth of July celebration with parade around the plaza, crafts and activities of early San Diego. Get ready for a pie eating contest and egg toss. Afterwards, you can enjoy fireworks at night at one of the other locations in San Diego.
