What Can We Do Today? Make Jello Creations!

Two months into our quarantine I started to have Jello hallucinations. Maybe I was tapping into my inner child after all I hadn't fantasized about Jello since elementary school. I ran to the market with my son to buy every flavor of Jello, and hit Pinterest to find inspiration. 

Jello=Happy! Here's What We Created!


Teddy Bear Beach

1 Box of Berry Blue Jello

3-4 Graham Cracker Squares

5+ Teddy Grahams 

3+ Swedish Fish

1 Fruit Roll Up

Directions:Follow Jello directions and fill a glass bowl or cup with Berry Blue Jello. Once Jello has set, put 3-4 graham crackers in a plastic bag, and crush them with a meat hammer. Sprinkle graham cracker dust to create a beach. Place Swedish Fish in "water," and place bears on the beach. You can make beach blankets and swim shorts out of the Fruit Roll Ups.

Super Easy Jello Minion Snacks

1 Box of Lemon Jello

1 Box of Berry Blue Jello

Directions: Follow directions for Berry Blue Jello, fill half a glass cup or jar, and let Jello set. Fill the other half of jar with Lemon Jello and let it set. You can use black construction paper and googly eyes to create a Minion.

Gelatin Rx

My son loved making these two desserts with me, and it lifted our spirits. Jello also supplied us with a low calorie snack and alternative to sweets like ice cream. We made it a Minion day and watched Despicable Me. Currently, we are working on another Teddy Bear adventure with Jello stay tuned...
