The 22nd annual Holiday Lighting Display at The Forward House (Bankers Hill mansion built in 1905 for San Diego Mayor John Forward Sr.) Santa will be making a pre-Christmas stop in his sleigh on Dec. 7 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., and all visitors will receive a candy cane.
