About Haunted Tales

The Star of India is the world’s oldest active sailing ship. At Haunted Tales, participants will take lantern tours led by the Living History Education staff. Learn the ghostly tale of a young crewman that fell to his death from the rigging, and even scarier tales of the Star of India’s past. 

For 2 Nights Only!

Haunted Tales will take place October 19 and 26, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Haunted Tales spooky adventure is included with paid admission to the museum, but space is limited so arrive early.

Tours start at 6:00 pm, with a new group of 25 guests starting every 10 minutes, with the last tour starting at 7:30 pm. The total tour takes about 30 minutes. 

General admission including Haunted Tales tickets are $18 for adults, seniors 62+, military with ID, and students are $13, and children (age 3-12) are $8. Children 2 and under are free. Spaces are limited.
