Whammock!: an interactive, three-dimensional textile environment of colorful crocheted hexagons, open pockets and hanging pendulums
No Rules...Except: children can enjoy jumping on the bed with 40+ mattresses and 160+ pillow tires
The Wonder Sound: a labyrinth of rooms, nooks, ropes and continuous exploration
Wobbleland: toddlers can play with over-sized food sculptures and a giant kitchen sink
Sketch Aquarium: design a fanciful sea creature, and then watch it come to life and swim with all the other sea creatures in a wall-sized, moving aquarium projection
Innovators LAB: offers "design challenges" and is the Museum's very own makerspace
Paint Studio: paint our Flower Truck with over-sized paint brushes
Clay Studio: build clay creations on our patio

2.Gaslamp Museum @ The Davis-Horton House

The oldest structure in “New Town” (now called Gaslamp Quarter) San Diego! Throughout its 100-plus year history, the house has been used as a military barracks, boarding house, county hospital, and private residence. It is the only house still standing that was lived in by Alonzo Horton, one of San Diego’s Founding Fathers. Delve deeper into the history of the House by taking a self-guided tour!

See 31 historical aircraft up close at this family-friendly, indoor-outdoor museum in San Diego that preserves the stories and celebrates the legacy of the men and women of U.S. Marine Corps Aviation.
Aircraft on display are from World War II to present. Indoor galleries feature photographs, military artwork and artifacts from the earliest days of aviation to today. Temporary exhibits showcase Military Working Dogs and the annual "Marines in Flight" Student Art Contest submissions. Free admission and parking.
